Brokenness revealed is a beautiful thing.
Brokenness revealed is evidence of healing.
Brokenness revealed is grace.
Brokenness revealed is full of love.
To LOVE is not to speak only of that which is comfortable, but it is to speak of that which is true.
Without the need to FIX.
Truly, honestly, wholly love,
is to see the brokenness of the other and move towards them in response.
Truly, honestly, and wholly love,
is to see the brokenness of the other and invite them to speak of it, to own it, naked, uncovered brokenness, revealed by the broken one.
Love is a powerful thing.
It does not lie
AND, it does not judge for what is revealed.
Love invites to healing.
Love invites the voice of the broken.
Love invites uncovered, raw, naked revelation.
To receive the LOVE of Jesus, I must speak of that which is true
I must speak of where I’m broken,
I must speak of where I fall, stumble and fail,
Not fearful of his response, but trusting that His response will always be to move
Come all who are broken
